Location. the first room was noisy (tube and radiator) but the staff moved us with no fuss. that was fine.

The room was small but I expected that but it was very tired - very worn carpet etc. The toilet didn't flush well. No hot water from the shower. Poor sound insulation between rooms.

Swimming pool

The hotel rooms where not more than rat holes. The room size was exceptionaly small there was bearly a room for bed in twin room, the carpets where old and durty to disgation level. The Hotel has 4 stars but travelodge is same quality. I visit UK 4-6 times per year each time in new hotel, this one is the worst so far.

The breakfast was nice

scruffy had to be moved from one room as carpet was stained, worn and dirty, woodwork around door and bath was rotton, the second room wasnt much better

Breakfast area was spacious and staff were very friendly

As it was a "no smoking" room we were surprised to smell smoke in our corridor and this may have been the reason for the fire alarm going off at 2:30am. Not the fault of the hotel but the customers.

Very nice area.

Room was very small. The staff at night left us about 20 minutes to wait outsite. The main door was locked, even bell worked. Was unforgetable night. More than 100 pax clients we went out at the street 3,oo morning. The staff was no able to turn off the fire alarm. Note: great hosptality by rafael at reception.
