Best Western Victoria Palace is a newly refurbished and modernly decorated hotel in the heart of London, rated 3-star.

The hotel is ideally located within a 5-minute walk of Victoria coach, Tube and train stations. This is a great value hotel, with all rooms en suite and an inclusive continental breakfast.

Superbly located in the heart of London, world-famous attractions like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the beautiful Royal Parks are only a stroll away from the Best Western Victoria Palace. Great shopping and eating places, London's Theatreland, Tower Bridge, numerous museums, art galleries and the West End are also all within easy reach.

The Price

The room is very congested. Heating is very poor. It was too cold inside the room. The floor is tilted to one side. Shower is very very congested. Overall i had a very bad experience and probably wouldn't stay at that hotel again.

Good location

Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable; was on 4th floor and was extremely stuffy and hot; single room was like a cupboard it was so small - and toilet in ensuite was so close to wall you had to sit on the side!! Definitely not worth the price compared to other single rooms. Also, no meat with hot breakfast - why?

room was warm, bright and clean. although small, i had everything i needed. the shower was super, and it was quiet, bed was comfy. wifi was superb.
