A haven of relaxation and calm amid the hectic bustle of London's West End, this hotel is bright, stylish and contemporary with a friendly, enthusiastic can-do approach.

Attractive, light, comfortable, modern and well designed accommodation is all en suite, equipped with LCD cable TVs and hospitality trays. We're continually improving the hotel to make your stay even better. The hotel was renovated in October 2006. We are now entirely a non-smoking property.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Bookings of 6 or more rooms will be considered a group. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Another non-refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the arrival date. The amount can be arranged on the credit card details provided as guarantee. An alternative method of deposit payment can be arranged directly with the hotel (bank transfer, cash or cheques).

The location

It was nice, but find the place was a bit difficult, The hotel sign was a bit small compared to oher hotels.

recently refurbished room contained all necessities

room very very small, bed +2ft to wall plus very compact ensuite to squeeze into.

Convenience. Shower.

The room was incredibly small and on the first floor, just above the tube station, therefore the noise was considerable. Couldn't swing a cat in the room!

Helpful staff, very clean

Usual rooms were tiny, but due to lift malfunction, we were in a room for disabled, which was large, but very sparsely furnished. eg no mirror in room, no bedside table one side, only the floor to boil kettle - very dangerous
