L'emplaçament a tocat de Hyde Park i del subway és perfecte, i el personal molt atent i agradable. L'ascensor i les escales massa estrets, i les habitacions que no donen al carrer tenen una lamentable vista del pati interior. |

Proximity to Tube and Hyde Park Shower in ensuite was a dribble rather than a shower. Heating in room was stifling and impossible to regulate as air conditioning unit could not be used as too loud |

The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was ok. We couldn't use the wifi in the room, only in lobby. The room was too small, we did not have place for suitcases. First there wasn't any heating, so we had to use the air conditioning to make warm, but on the second day the heating was ok. |

The staff were very helpful when I reported leaving some papers in the room after check out. Good value for money overall. The lift was out of use and room on 4th floor, although there was the offer for bags to be carried up by staff. |

Our riciculously small room had practically no daylight as the window was placed at the end of a very narrow (and unusable) corridor. There was no reading lights at the beds, and the breakfast was spartan. This stay was not worth the money. However, the room was clean and the plumbing worked. |
