The staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very warm, my air con was set at 30 degrees (very generous). My room was absolutely tiny, even for a single, it was very small. |

The hotel staff was very flexible and changed our room to larger one without extra charge. Though the big room was quite chilly, it was very clean, spacious and well kept. Good breakfast and very well worth the money. The hotel staff was (despite of their flexibility) little bit unfriendly. They did not smile (none of them) even once or asked how everything was. |

proximity to sites of London and bus stops, tube etc.Security was very reassuring. Feel the rooms were hastily put together for us as there was an error in the booking procedure. Extremely cramped for 3 adults. |

Hotel was very clean and they had a great breakfast. The mattress was not very good. When I sat down on the bed it felt like a board was under the mattress. |

Took my Mum for her first trip to London and she was very impressed. Hotel is in a great location near Paddington for easy access to Heathrow Express and tube lines. Rooms very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and great breakfasts. |

This is an excellent hotel. Our room was spotless and the beds extremeley comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel was excellent value for money that we will use again and which we strongly recommend. Double glazing would have helped keep out the traffic noise. |
