location very convenient for travellling in/out of london; room clean; good variety of continental breakfast; luggage storage available booked a triple room, the single bed was a sofa bed which is well-used hence not very comfortable and when requested for another one, they don't have any available!!!!; the first night, the other radiator was not working but they managed to fix it |

The size of the rooms was better than I imagined it would be in the city and the location was good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied in what was on offer. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was small and too warm. |
