This hotel offers a prime location at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road.

For some it's the cosy accommodation and great rates. Comfortable

My credit card kept getting declined which was embarrsing, I telephoned Barclaycard who explained there should not be a problem.

I was upgraded to a double room

The mattress on the bed. It had springs sticking through that made it a health hazzard. I actually un-made the bed and turned the mattress over!

Bed was very uncomfortable, the springs had gone and there was a skip outside my room which was used for dumping concrete in at 07:00am all for £130!!!

Location, location, location. Very good size and cleanliness of bathroom.

the receptionist made me wait for 20mins while sorting the checking in of other guest (not exactly rushing). The bed was tilted towards one side spending the night climbing back towards the wall.

booked a twin which wasn't available was offered 2 singles but they were on different floors which was not convenient as we were sharing a suitcase. So i had to ask for a double.2 singles would have been ok if they had been next to one another.I felt that i could have been informed in advanced. I was actually traveling with my adult daughter.
