I liked the location- very close to London Underground stations and to Hyde Park. The hotel room was very unkept. The toilet ran continuously through night and day. The hot water took a minimum of 6 minutes to heat up enough to take a shower. The heater did not work. The housekeeping staff barged into the room regardless of the "do not disturb" sign. The state of the carpet was filthy. |
