the reception area

the rooms were terribly small, the bathroom was claustrophobicly tiny. Staff did do anything to find a better room or even offer refund - disgusting hotel

Modern and spacious hotel in central London. Very convenient (right beside buses and tubes).

No English staff and many did not understand the language very well.

not much room in the bathroom, could have had 3/4 bath then this would give more room by the toilet.

I booked 2 twin rooms and was told on arrival that was not the case even though i had a printed confirmation as did the hotel staff.I was given one room.We had to argue the case for 2 separate rooms which we were then given but only tiny single rooms with no room to swing a cat.Also, the rooms were far too hot.Finally the electrical items(kettle, hairdryer)had not been tested & approved for years

Rooms comfortable and central location

Breakfast is terrible and every review on trip advisor says the same...a continental breakfast is not watered down fruit juice and some stale bread or croissant!!!! Very disappointing!

The convenience to Paddington Station

There was trash on the floor, the sink backed up into the tub and the front desk staff seemed like they could've cared less. Especially since when I walked in the both looked right at me and then continued on with their work as if I didn't exist.

location, size of the room

the buffet is awful. Specifically, there is no cheese, the bread is not fresh, no fruits, and the juice is watered;the coffee is a chepeast possible. Secondly, the room windows open to the side where most likely the laundry rooms opens . The smell and the heat from the latter bothers a lot.

Not any comfortable chairs in the room. The bathroom door was destroyed. The breakfast was not very good.
