Nice receptionest from sri lanka and breakfast, also location

Mouldy cover on bed,we stayed in room next to reception, very small, no sat/tv = it is 3 star hotel!!! We asked for discount and got 10 p/night( payed 125 p/night...)

free wirelss access but I was not told about this when I booked in and only found out because I noticed a wire and asked recption

the situation of the Hotel, the people

I have already sent them an Email to claim about the cleanliness. Within the 3 days of our stay they never clean nor the room nor the bathroom . They made only one the 2 beds of our family room. It is not a cheap hotel; I think we have payed too much for such services.
