Sijainti on hyvä. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja joustavaa. Hotelliin asennettiin juuri uusi WI-FI yhteys, jolloin myös sen käytöstä tullaan perimään maksu, 15 puntaa/vrk tai 5 puntaa/h. 1) Hinta on kohtuuton 2) Onko maksu varsinkaan yleisissä tiloissa tarpeellinen? |

very good location, nice room and clean, good breakfast, value for money we took a hotel recommended car to the airport (Gatwick). The journey took more than 2 hours, and we nearly missed our plane though we left 3 hours prior to our flight. The driver moreover wanted to charge us extra for 15 minutes wait and we had a disagreement how long he had to wait for us. It was unerving. We will not take the hotel recommended car again. |

A very clean and modern hotel. Good location and only a couple of minutes walk either way to two tube stations. The room was far too hot and the air conditioning was either all or nothing. One other thing that let it down was that the sheets for the bed only just fit and when you woke up in the morning they had come away from underneath you and could be quite uncomfortable. All in all a good hotel, but just a few small things let it down!! |

This is the most peaceful hotel I have stayed in when in London. The room was compact but had a nice feel to it.The location perfect for tubes, trains and close to British Museum and Covent Garden. A relaxing base to explore London. Good choice and quality food at breakfast |
