Staff were genial. Breakfast was a disaster. I haven't seen a Continental breakfast like this before. Only croissant, butter & jam. Never expect more!! They should be ashamed. |

Location was good for public transport On first night there was no hot water or heating in the room, the telephone did not work & the wardrobe door fell off - after speaking with the Manger we were placed in a better room the next day. |

Room was right above tube line so very noisy.Had a very heavy case which no one offered to help with. Taxi booked by reception was very expensive. |

I would have nothing good to say about the hotel except for it's location. There was building works going on in the hotel which started above our room at 6.45am each day of our stay. The builders were running across the roof at that time which was extremely loud in our room, The en suite facilities were terrible.
