La situació Les instal.lacions són velles, l'ascensor no funcionava massa bé i l'habitació donava a la part del darrera plena de bastides, se sentien els trens fins a la mitjanit i et despertaven cap a les sis i el parrupeig dels coloms era insoportable a tothora. Només hi havia un endoll, per la qual cosa si volies posar el ventilador no podies endollar el carregador del mòbil, per exemple. |

La situació. L'estan rehabilitant i pot-ser m'han donat una habitació antiga amb mobles antics amb una bany també per rehabilitar. Suposo que hi han altres habitacions ja rehabilitades. |

La ubicació de l'hotel. Recepció 24h. Que hi havia per prendre tè a l'habitació (tot un detall). Que no estigués inclòs l'esmorzar complet. Només anava inclòs el continental. (torradetes, cereals i cafè.). Pel preu podria estar inclòs. |

Easy access to city centre. Friendly helpful staff. No air conditioning in rooms very hot and uncomfortable. Bath in en suite very uncomfortable not able to relax in it after long day site seeing back of bath too near wall. |

Well located with regard to Hyde Park and public transport. It's just an average hotel but reasonable for the price, and well located. It was perfectly okay but I think I'd look for something a little different next time. |

The location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and the bus and underground lines. The bathroom in one of our rooms was very old, and the layout somewhat ackward, but as the hotel is being refurbished at present, we assume that this will be improved soon. |

The staff was nice and friendly. The location is great in a calm neighbourhood with only a few minutes to Queensway tube station. The bed was too small and uncomfortable, but maybe this will improve after the ongoing refurbishment? The continental breakfast could use some cheese/ham and maybe some yoghurt. |

Central location While there was no air conditioner, the sliding windows could be opened for maybe just 3 cm slit. Special locks are screwed to them to prevent full opening. Why??? |

Unnecessary to have a menu on the table in the bar listing cocktails, and then be told that they don't make cocktails. Just remove the menu. |
