Comprising 27 rooms & suites, the Amsterdam Hotel is situated in Earl's Court, one of the most popular areas of London. Our rooms & suites have a bathroom, TV, phone and coffee/tea tray. The suites also offer a lounge/kitchenette.

The Amsterdam Hotel is in the ideal location for discovering all that London has to offer. Recently refurbished, the elegant design retains the hotel's original character whilst providing the facilities required by the modern guest. Using pastel colours and fabrics, the hotel offers guests a pleasant & relaxing stay. There is also a quiet, pleasant patio garden & an internet room for guests' use. The hotel has WiFi. Please note this is a non-smoking hotel.

Hotel information

The Amsterdam Hotel has a complimentary internet room for those who do not wish to bring a laptop with them. The garden is open from April to October, weather permitting. There is a small lift to all floors. Ironing facilities can be assembled downstairs (request at reception).

The Amsterdam Hotel is a small hotel with many different room/suite types, from single to family rooms, all with an en suite bathroom.

Area information

The Amsterdam Hotel is in an excellent location to take advantage of all that London has to offer, a 2-minute walk from Earls Court underground station which will speedily take you to the centre of London within 10 minutes. The Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Centres are within easy walking distance. Restaurants and pubs are all close by and the nearest cinema is within a 10-minute walk.

Important information

Children under 8 years can stay free in room with existing bedding however please advise hotel in advance of extra guests.

Very close to underground station, very friedly staff.

Walls r very thin - U can hear everyting on them, so U cant relax long in the morning. Water in toilet is not enough - U have to pull down many times but it fills up again very long time.

the staff was very friendly and helpfull, a basic bed and breakfast not really a 3 stars hotel, a very tight bath room with a ridicolous wash-basin sized like a sea shell

the lady at the check out was a bit nervous...

The room was nice, of very decent size for London, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast service started a bit late (7:30), so I had to ask for takeaway food (which I got without any problem) to be at my meetings on time.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast and delightful breakfast room. Help with luggage. Internet facility. Wifi in room. Loved the quirky lift, it was great fun. Two sets of stairs. Resident entrance.

Rooms facing the street, if the room window is left open or slightly ajar ther ould be some street noise on Friday and Saturday nights from smokers forced outside from the adjoing hotel.

Spotlessly clean, and amazingly low price for a suite with living room and kitchenette. As usual, I overpacked, so I really appreciated how very close the hotel was to Earls Court tube station, and that the Piccadilly line (which goes to Heathrow) was accessible by ramps and lifts. The hotel has free wifi, but the free computers in the basement meant that I didn't need to bring my laptop.

The bed was very hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. And there was smoke in the hallways that was bothersome. When I brought it to the attention of the staff it did improve somewhat. But the hotel was fabulous aside from that.

the plug socket was too close to the skirting board so i could not use my laptop charger due to this issue

Lady owner very welcoming & accomodating - helped us with local info - family room absolutely lovely - immaculately clean/plenty of storage/fluffy towels & toiletries in bathroom - at back of hotel so no traffic noise. Breakfast - good & very helpful & polite waiting/kitchen staff.Very much - the personal touch - it goes a long way - even my 15yr old son was impressed!!!

Our room was right opposite the small lift - & it's quite noisy - & went several times thru the night - but I would not let this deter me from staying again - this hotel & it's staff is excellent.
