Porters of this hotel are very nice and helpful. My friend left a message to me at the reception. I approached the reception twice but no one pass that message to me. Then I complained to the hotel staff. They denied their fault and said message delivery wasn't their responsibility. I replied I wouldn't stay at their hotel during next visit to Paris. You know what, the hotel staff said 'perfect!' afterward. |

The staff made us feel most welcome and were very approachable. The facilities in our room were of above average standards, clean and very comfortable. The location is very handy. I could here the traffic at night. This did not seem to worry the rest of my family. |

Very friendly staff who were helpful and polite.Very comfortable bed and clean nice bathroom. Extremely central location and an attractive look to the whole place. I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe and cared for as a solo traveller. |

Excellent location. Good service. Helpful staff. Good breakfast :) Rooms desperately need renovation - in my room the wall paper was peeling off in some places and shower wasn't working properly, however, the room was clean and pleasant to stay in. |
