We checked out after first night and would have left immediately if we could have. The room was old appearing and had a terrible color scheme. They promised to move us the next day but then argued about the room being fine so we left and went to the Marriott. |

Porters of this hotel are very nice and helpful. My friend left a message to me at the reception. I approached the reception twice but no one pass that message to me. Then I complained to the hotel staff. They denied their fault and said message delivery wasn't their responsibility. I replied I wouldn't stay at their hotel during next visit to Paris. You know what, the hotel staff said 'perfect!' afterward. |
