espaço de lazer, devido ao hotel ter condomínio fechado, facilidade nos transportes nomeadamente do metro, estar bem localizado dos pontos turísticos principais de Paris. saberem falar português. |

A melhor surpresa foi haver uma mini cozinha no quarto. Outra surpresa o pátio interno do hotel, com liberdade para sentar-se ao sol. O restante era bom mas já esperado por ser um quatro estrelas. A TV local é fraca, ou pelos programas ou pela lingua (alemão, árabe, japonês). O pacote de TV paga oferecido é caro (25 euros/dia). Pensar em alternativa mais barata para quem só quer ver um pouco de TV antes de dormir (talvez canal com música, talvez um dvd no quarto e filmes em várias linguas para alugar..) |

There was a non receptiveness to the fact that we had reserved a suite with a double bed and 2 singles. They showed us a double and a single sofabed until eventually we ended up with adjoining rooms which is not good if you are travelling with children. The attitude of the staff was eventually ok but it took time |

Good family accommodations: two rooms and a kitchen was very handy. We shopped for gourmet breakfast every morning in a nearby grosser store. Noise after midnight coming from the street. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good matresses, reasonably priced for Paris, recently renovated or open. It is not located in Marais neighbourhood, but across the street. Not the closest location if you want to walk around in the centre. Small bathrooms. Cooking facilities provided in my room, but, helas, no kettle to make a simple cup of tea or instant coffee! |

Location Should not use the only lift for rooms cleaning during guest's peak hours. As well would help to have the personnel using the stairs to walk 1 floor down while not carrying anything. We have been waiting 10 minutes for a lift at 7:30 AM.... |
