駅から遠すぎる、周りの環境が悪すぎる、衣類の収納スペースが十分でない、洗面所の什器が使いにくい、特にお風呂場を含めて蛇口が使いづらく、温度調節に不向き ごみ箱が小さい。ティッシュなどの用意がない |

メトロの駅に近いので便はいい。スーパーもすぐ近くにあった。新しいホテルなので設備は非常にきれい。床が砂っぽかったのは土足で上がるのが普通だからだろうか。少し狭いが立地を考えれば仕方ないことかも。値段が張るのも同様。バスルームのドアが薄いのでトイレの音が筒抜けなのにはちょっと抵抗があった。 ＨＰにはバスタブとあったが、実際にはシャワーしかなかった。バスタブは必須条件だったので情報は正確に記載してもらいたい。またユーザーもホテルに確認する必要ありと実感。ダブルで予約したのに最初案内された部屋はシングルで、スーツケースを開けるスペースもない程あまりにもせまかった。バスタブの件とあわせてすぐクレームしたが、部屋の変更は翌日となった。チェックアウトの際、カード読み取り機の故障で現金を引き出してくるよう依頼されたのにはびっくり。といろいろあったが、いずれもフロントの対応は丁寧だったので悪いホテルではないと思う。 |

標準客室は１８㎡位でかなり狭い。コンテンポラリーデザインで、これ以上はないと思うほどコンパクトに纏められている。従って部屋に入ったらベット上にいるしかない。バスはなくシャワーのみ、水周りがスリガラスのスクリーンで囲われているため、夜中に相棒がトイレを使うと水周りの壁が部屋中を煌々と照らし起こされることになる。窓の遮音性は良好。 チェックアウト時に予告なしにホテル側のクレジットカード暗証コード認証機の故障を知らされ、現金しか受付けられないと聞かされた。急遽現金を引き出すために近隣のバンクまで走りまわることになり、もう少しで北駅発の列車に乗り遅れるところであった。ホテル側は故障への対応を客に求めるのでなく、従来のサイン式クレジットカード決算対応にも備えるべきである。 |

駅（北駅）からも近くて、きれいで快適なホテルでした。ベッドの寝心地もとてもよかったです。 多少バスルームが狭いのが残念・・・ |

バスタブがあると書いてあったが実際は無かった。バストイレが狭い上にモダンすぎて使いにくく、センサーライトがすぐに消えて不便。トイレットペーパーやタオルも足りなかった。 |

clean, close to metro station, nice sorroundings, kind and friendly hotel crew. Pity, all the modern designs (washstand, showerbooth, water tap, etc) are completely against utility. |

The hotel is well distance within walking distance from Gare Du Nord, it is a modern funky hotel ideal for a city break business or leisure. I would definately stay here again. Exceptionally clean/new!!! There was no ironing facility available in the room, and my shirts had to be taken down to reception to be ironed..... Not ideal?? |

modernised and well designed (1) no baths - only showers (they told me at reception).& entry to shower room just protected with a curtain - no privacy if in double room whilst using the toilet for example !! (2) I left the breakfast card - completed - hanging on the outside of the room door - it was never collected , therefore no breakfast was delivered to the room at the requested time, the following morning. |

It was centrally located, with good facilities. It had been recently refurbished to a high standard, and was clean and comfortable. I used room service which was excellent, though I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the buffet. The hotel was advertised as having an iron/ironing board available for rooms - when I asked for an iron it couldn't be located, and although one was found for me for the next day, it came without a board! More importantly, I could not connect to the internet in my room, although the hotel is advertised as having free wi-fi access, and this caused me real problems, as I was on a working trip. |

the rooms were lovely, very clean, the provided shampoo and other toiletries, a REAL hair dryer, and the staff was excellent it was quite a small room, but big enough to be comfortable |
