Excellent Hotel, friendly staff - great beds, nice clean, secure hotel I would reccommend to my best friend.

I liked everything... it was walking distance from the train and also to the Opera!

Free wireless internet connection was good.

when you took shower the lights went out in the badroom after some minutes

It was close to Gard du Nord station. The room looks modern yet retains the the old charm of the building and surroundings. It is clean, comfortable and just the right size (not too big and not too small).

There was no wi-fi/internet service available at the time.

The wifi did not work in the room as promised., it would only pick up the signal in the hall, and that was one of the main reasons l chose the hotel was for it's ammenities and location near the Gare du Nord, also the safe did not work in the room, and the staff would not transfer us to another room because we had "walked into the room"!

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel has been renovated to a nice standard and although our room was small they made good use of the space. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english.

There were only facilities for breakfast and a small bar for drinks. If you require a snack at any other time of day you can't get it. They do offer room service which i wanted to use one evening as it was raining and i had blisters on my feet, but as i only wanted a 12euro salad they said it was not possible as the food is done off sight and they would not bother coming out just for one meal

Great location, huge bed :-)

Air con not very good, breakfast extremely expensive.
