Location was very convenient. Room was comfortable and quiet. Very odd bathroom - wc was so small you endangered your kneecaps using the toilet. One of the desk staff (late night) acted as though every question was a personal inconvenience to him; not very friendly. |

Very clean room, helpful staff (helped to book a table, made dozen calls on Sat evening), great location, close to two Metro lines going to Gare du Nord and city centre. Aleksander. Price (if staying longer), a bit slow internet (if using it). |

Wonderful location, quiet street, beautiful foyer, lovely rooms. Close to Sacre Coeur, close to restaurants and other amenities. All very tasteful. Male receptionist on morning of 7 September was notably pleasant and helpful. Receptionist having long, loud conversations on the telephone while we were trying to relax in the otherwise peaceful foyer. The hotel was a bit pricey even compared with London, for example, accentuated of course by the weak pound against the euro. |

The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet. The rooms are really comfortable, and perfectly maintained. |

exceptionally quiet and friendly staff I had asked for an extra bed for my four year old although they had made a note of this they had forgotten in the end they gave me a travel cot that wasnt really appropriate and i had to put it up myself. i thought this aspect of the stay was very poor |
