There is light, clean and enough parking lot just under ground of this hotel. When check out I had waited over 15 minutes because of lack of staffs in the reception. |

This hotel was close to the transit system.The rooms are small but clean and very comfortable beds. No smoking in the hotel which is not a bad thing! The buffet breakfast in the main dining room was excellent. I would not recommend small breakfast serviced in the bar we sat along with 2 other couples for about 10 minutes with no service. This hotel is not walking distance to shopping or have alot of good resturants near by. You need to take to transit. |

The location is convenient, just 5 minutes walk from Gaite metro station. The room is clean and new, with a very good view of the square in front of the hotel, and especially the bed is very very comfortable, which did help us recharge for another exploration of the city next day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience!! Although the room facility is merely a 3 star hotel in Shanghai......Anyway with this price and in Paris, it is fair enough. It's a good property and well run. |

once we figured out modes of transportation in Paris, the Concorde was easy to find and we actually walked to the Louve etc. (we love walking) |

Very clean rooms and nice reception area, very amicable staff, quick check in and check out procedures, excellent location although outside temperature during the day was cosy 20 C during nights and in the morning it was chilly and room could not warm up through room air-conditioner. Also, lavatory in the bathroom was surprisingly small. On the site it was advertised that in the room there is a large working table, but the actual size of workign desk was quite small. |

Not get in internet/ there was internet facility in the room but couldn't get in (It maight be my fault, and I didn't inquire service desk numbrer written on the instruction so it is ok) |

the excellent receptionist on our arrival A young woman from Poland with a name something like Katinka. thats not it but she was outstanding . very pleasant, smiling, and gave us some good ideas for lunch the next day |

The location is terrific for walking anywhere or using Metro or buses, the rooms are very well appointed, and the staff is professional and helpful. |
