fabulous location. clean bathroom. free wifi, plus for those who didn't take a long a laptop use of a free terminal. excellent front desk . Impeccable reception area, comfortable and decorated to a high aesthetic level - a real "hotel de charme" realize this is standard and normal for French hotels - no in-room kettle. Lots of cafes in the area. Also, hotel did provide a biggish free bottle of water. |

Staff were always very kind and helpful. The location was great. Even for Paris standards the room was extremely small. Although the room was cleaned everyday and bed sheets and towels were changed daily, the towels were really worn out and in need of being replaced. |

Staff friendly and spoke English. Superb location. Clean, elegant hotel. Price reasonable. No complaints. Room small, but normal by Western European standards. Will stay there again |

The people in reception were very nice. I like the free wifi and the perfect location. I come to Paris on business from time to time and I do like this hotel very much. That they charge the credit card immediately after you book the room. |

The staff were exceptionallt friendly to non french speakers. They were able to help on a variety of things from dinner reservations to booking shows and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are small and very basic. The rooms were also not very soundproof. Every noise from other rooms could be heard and we had to sleep with earplugs for the entire stay. |

I had a pleasant time staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient for me as I like browsing near St. Michael and St. German areas. Although the room was very quiet at night the hotel is close to the popular areas. The bath room was quite cosy so that I relaxed having a bath after a long walk. Being alone staying in Paris, I had a good sleep in the room. Thank you! |
