Good location.

Street noise was disruptive to sleep. Smoking in lower floor rooms resulted in cigarette smoke blowing in open windows (no aircondtioning) which was a significant annoyance.

The location of the hotel is excellent.In the heart of Sain Germain de Pres, Quartier Latin and other worth to see sites of Paris in walking distance (Odeon, Pantheon, Sorbonne, Gardens of Luxemburg etc.) and very close to metro stations.The hotel itself is clean, the staff is helpful and the facilities sufficient.The room was small, but again it’s Paris and we were informed adequately about it.

There are better hotels for sure, but the value for money of this hotel is very good.

There was a computer to use and free internet.

staff was very friendly and helpful

the carpet in the rooms could need some changing and the TV volume we could not get louder considering the noise out in the street..could not hear what we were wathching

Rooms quite small, but this seems normal for Paris.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned unobtrusively if you had a lie in, they wouldn't bother you at all, they always waited.

The breakfast wasn't included but it was a very minor point for us. The rest was great

We had a wonderfull couple of nights ,a great finish to our three weeks in europe.The hotel was charming and the staff so helpfull ,we will be back

Location.

Although requested and confirmed for 3 persons, no such room was available. Upon checking-in, reception called housekeeping to see which room was least inconvenient to put a cot in. I had to rearrange the furniture myself to fit in the cot and allow a 6" passage from our bed.
