Lift is small but suitable. No tea/coffee making facilities. But other reviews warned us of that and we just brought our own.

There is only one tiny lift to the whole hotel, the room was very small and it was dirty when we arrived. Besides it smells cigarette.

The room was clean. The hotel was a short walk from the nearest metro station.

The room was tiny, the staff were very unhelpful.We put 6 bottles of beer in the fridge and when we asked for them back 2 of them were missing. The receptionist just said she didn't know. I also tried on 3 occasions to pay for our room and each time I was given a different excuse as to why I couldn't(all equally as ridiculous as the other). I was then forced to carry all my money around.

Price & location. Location was close to a metro. Breakfast was good and varied. We had no problems getting a seat at breakfast as others have complained (we were there in Sep) Secure car parking was available (at a cost) in a private underground garage very near the hotel. We have been to Paris at least twice before and this hotel is a good value for the money and location close to a metro.

Computer access not available unless you had your own which I believe contradicts information on the website. There are not many restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel and when we did find one, the waiter tried to rip us off.

We asked for a full bath and were found a room that had one and it was reasonably quiet.It is also quite near a metro station.

We don't mind a small room but the carpet was very stained and the grouting in the bathroom cracked and mouldy.There is nowhere very near to eat an evening meal although there is a brasserie nearby for breakfast.We did not try the hotel breakfast.

the price is way too big for the quality of the hotel. the rooms are very small, there is no view (at least from our room), there is a funny smell and they are quite far from the city center if you want to walk.

There was no water heater kettle & the breakfast was exactly the same throughout my 18 days stay there.
