Shuttlen till hotellet hade slutat gå vid midnatt, då jag kom fram. Ingen taxichafför vill köra mig till hotellet, eftersom det var för kort sträcka. Tog tre timmar för mig att komma till hotellet. |

They did not give me my wake up call and I missed my flight. I liked the hotel very much but that pretty much ruinned it for me. The Manager drove me straight to the airport and tried to get me on my plane but it was too late. |

ease or proximity to airport, comfort and meals were good. Floor bath mat needed. After bath I almost fell because tiled floor was slippery coming out of the bath. |

nothing, but the some of the staff tried to help. English was a hard commodity to find yet next door (another hotel) it was readily accomodated (anicer hotel) |

the room was very clean and very quiet - all night. the restaurant menu was very good and the staff very nice. the airport shuttle was fast and efficient. the hotel was very good value and very clean, a blessing after staying in a number of "less comfortable", budget hotels in Paris. the coffee and tea in the room was a nice touch! |

Cleaning staff very helpful. Reception staff cold, unwelcoming. The info re: shuttle service was very spotty and confusing. We waited 45 minutes for one. Non-smoking policy not enforced well as we still smelled cigarettes from our room. The room was stuffy as the fan did not work. When we called for service, the staff told us that they are still working on the system, but does not promise that it will be fixed by night. |
