The location is great, the hotel staff irreproachable, very, very helpful and polite; the hotel is elegant and clean. The room was a bit too small, but that is quite common for Paris hotels. |

The hotel is in a nice, safe area and you can walk to all the major points of interest. There are not a lot of good restaurants in the immediate area. More restaurants can be found by walking 8 to 10 blocks away from the hotel. |

The personal service, charming decoration and general very homely atmosphere. The location is superb for the Left Bank of Paris It lacked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and there was no wine in the mini-bar, only champagne and spirits!! |

The hotel is very central, right in the middle between Notre Dame, Eiffel tower and Champs Elyssée (2km walk to each though). It has some old-fashioned charme to it and thick carpets. No parking available. No internet on the 1st day. Thereafter, 20 Euro per day. Rooms on 1st floor only 2m high, reminded us a bit of floor 12 1/2 in "being John Malkovich". Workers on ladders staring right into our bedroom on 3 consecutive days, drilling holes each morning. Reception refused to call a taxi. Breakfast poor, no tomatoes, eggs or cucumbers. Dead moth in shower not cleaned for 3 days. |

Mooie rustige omgeving. Een betje zakelijk en koel , maar wel een verademing in het drukke Parijs en een leuke bar met terras vlakbij Foto's zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Een beetje stoofig en verouderd. Hebben moeite gedaan om het wat p te frissen, maar de kamers blijven toch wat moeheid uitstralen. |

The hotel's location is its best feature, but its overpriced. The staff is not very friendly, particularly the hotel receptionist. |

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I have special diet issues and they even wrote a note that I could present at restaurants for me. The hotel had excellent access to the metro. |
