Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, attractive rooms.

The rooms are pretty small, but that's forgivable in Paris. The stairs/elevator, though, made me feel a little claustrophobic. The elevator fits two people who like each other a lot, or else one person with a suitcase. The only other option up and down is a very snug spiral staircase.

The location and they accepted my small dog travelling w/me - also the staff is very friendly

The room was dark and oppressive - the moquette was desperately in need of cleaning - the walls were all scrabbed - one out of two bulbs not working - the bath was flooded after the shower - on each floor 1 out of 3 rooms are like this

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very nice location, 30 minutes walking slowly to Louvre. The room was rather little, but everything was very clean. Nice bathroom.

It was a little bit noisy at night because of restaraunts on the street.

A/C is working but noisy, very good location, fair value for money (for Paris)

I thought the staff was very friendly, in particular with young children. We had asked for a cot via your website and it turns out they did not have any available when we came in, but still gave us a very big room with a sofa bed for our son who was chuffed to sleep in such a big bed!

Perhaps I felt there was a safety issue as we were staying on the sixth floor and it appeared due to refurbishing in the fifth floor that the only exit was through the lift and not the stairs.
