Excellent location near Metro, taxis and a very interesting part of Paris. Friendly staff. Clean and inviting rooms except for the smoking policy. Our room the first night was excellent. The next two nights we changed to another room which smelled heavily of (old) cigarette smoke. We booked a non-smoking room, but were advised there were no designated non-smoking rooms at the hotel. With a better policy for non smokers and more regular cleaning of air conditioning filters, we would be back for our next stay. |

It's location. Perfectly located, within a minute's walk your next to the Seine, looking at the Notre Dame and in the Latin Quarter. The personel was very friendly and helpfull and everything was nice and clean. Great hotel for a citytrip. The first night we had to stay in an other room as the original room we booked was not available. Although we received a free breakfast for two as compensation (which we thought was a nice gesture), the room was a dissapointment because the room and bed where very small and the airco from this room could only be adjusted by lending the remote control from the reception (and bringing it back). |

Friendly staff, able to walk to most places I wanted to visit, many restaurant and shops in the area, internet access, 5 minute walk to the RER B entrance at St Michel to get the train to Charles DeGaulle (CDG) and then 35 minutes to airport. |

The staffs were antipathetic. The hotel was not what we expect to. The room (Deluxe room) was very very small, we didn't have space even to put our two lugages. The location is ok. |

The hotel was situated very near to Notre Dame and to a taxi rank. We found it a great base to visit places from. The rooms were a little small but spotlessly clean (as was the bathroom) and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. All the staff we met were very helpful and had very good English. The road the hotel was on was very noisy 24 hrs a day, but it is a centrally situated hotel. We chose not to eat breakfast in the hotel as it was cheaper to visit a nearby cafe which gave a greater choice of food. (By the way re: Q4 I don't feel I can lie and say we are a young couple but neither would I describe us as mature! Don't you have a inbetween option? |
