Central location, very helpful staff especially in reception The breakdast was very expensive so we decided not to have at the hotel. The room was of 3 persons but it was small though and therefore crowded. |

Location is excellent and breakfast buffet has a good selection Although we booked 2 months ahead for two non-smoking rooms, we got a room on 3 floor and the second on the 6 floor which is for smokers. The staff tried to explain that this are the rules. If so, there are other hotels in the near location which may be better accomodating |

Location Happened to be cold day, and I asked for the heating to be on, but they told me it is between the season (winter and summer) so not able to have it. they gave us few blankets instead. Staff was very nice, they understood we were not happy so let us go. it was critical feeling cold in the room does not give us pleasant stay. |
