The king size bed and the view from our room! For the price of the hotel, I think that parking should be included....it was an extra $20 and we arrived at 4:00 and our room was not yet ready. |

I didn't get the room what I booked. I booked one two queen beds fallsview room, but when I checked in I only can get a cityview room instead of fallsview with the same price. I want to know is there anything wrong wiith the booking system or the hotel. |

fabulous view, excellent bed, good shower, comfortable room, not very luxurious though 2 elevators out of service, breakfast not included in the price, 20$/day for car parking |

The room was very neat and comfortable, with facilities making coffee/tea and plenty of towels. We were very satisfied of the condition of the room. The location of the hotel is not the best I have stayed, regarding the views of the Niagara Falls. We booked a room with fall's view, but we were allocated only at the 3rd floor and had to walk out of the room onto the terrace to see the falls. I wouldn't choose this hotel for fall's view room in the future. |

the view of the falls at night was amazing and the room service staff was quite nice not that i did not like it but the pool was not as nice as i have seen in other hotels. Was fairly cold and in the tub the jets were not very powerful as in other hotels. i also think that 20.00 for parking is way too much considering the price of the rooms and room service . Other hotels are usually cheaper but i was shocked to learn how high the price was and it is not like you have a choice |
